Here is a 2001 Prelude that I replaced the balance shaft oil seal on recently. I am glad to share more pictures and discuss my work, accomplishments, etc. with anyone interested.

Can you diagnose? Located in Oakland.
97 Prelude auto, crank pulley started to wobble on freeway, the belts came off and car stalled. It's at home now, I put the crank pulley and belts back on tight as I can without a crank pulley tool, car cranks but wont start. Pulled the valve cover, not sure what to look for and everything looks normal. Turn the crank pulley and everything turns, the cam gears arrows both point in the same direction.
I hear it may be as simple as timing.
