If your plugs are being fouled by oil you are probably in need of some new valve seals. Or maybe your PCV system is pulling oil up from the valve cover into your intake manifold. When was the last time you replaced your PCV valve and hose?

Fouled by Coolant/oil you are in need of a new head gasket.

Fouled with gas, check the operation of your injectors, each one should be ticking while running. If you have a heard time hearing each one. If you have a stethoscope use that. Or you can use a long screw driver or a stick. Place one end on the injector body and place your ear to the other. This acts as a stethoscope.
