so i bought some koni strts and h&r race springs for my 97 acura integra and i just wanna know can i use the stock top hats or do i need to buy aftermarket top hats and if so which would be good for my setup
H&R race are low, maybe even borderline slammed. But I wouldn't recommend top hats on the rates they offer. I believe they're 460F/350R
Rates I wish my progress coil-overs had

GC top hats work with GC coilovers and the like, only.
They make use of the extra space at full droop when you have short race springs.
With regular springs, there is no extra space. And they may likely not even fit on, since you'd have to compress the spring on. Its just not made for it.

They don't allow the shock to mount higher. The allow more room for the shock to extend through without smashing the bump-stop against the OEM top hat. Just gives you another inch or so of suspension travel, but it does not change the placement/position of the shock.
