1990 Honda Problem

1990 Honda Problem
1990 Honda accord lx 2 door coupe
- sport light on
-speedometer doesnt work
- rpms jumping up and down
Car is driving hard, I changed the TCM two months ago. They say I need a speed sensor. A new problem started happening four weeks ago when I come to a stop my rpms drop to zero and my car shuts off. I put the car in neutral and it starts right back up no problem. I also notice it does it real bad when my car gets under a half gallon of a tank.someone help me out...
