Have you seen my old car?
If you have feel free to punch the current douche-bag owner in the face.
I sold the car last year and he obviously hasn't transferred the title because I'm getting toll tickets in the mail.
I was wondering if there was anything I could do?
It's a 99 ex with JDM B16 swap
I miss it which and getting tickets in the mail doesn't help

Oklahoma is a little different.
I went and had it notarized and that's all they had me do.
There is a phone number on the ticket I'm going to call Monday and see if anything can be done.

i live in oklahoma and you could have paid $10 and they would notify you when he transferred the the title. its to protect you from things like this
Or, if you're in Texas, you just fill out a "vtr-346" and release any and all liability.
I had this happen to me when I sold my '99 Si to the new owner in OK. Apparently it was caught by toll booth cameras in DFW and the new owner still hadn't transferred the title but I just had them look up this document and cleared me of any responsibility.

I went thru this already..i was getting fines from Houston and it was outrageous fines ,just give that toll place a call and let them know that you don't own this vehicle anymore and they should guide you on what to do. shouldn't be no worries cause this happens all the time. that's why when i sell my cars now i take my plates and date my titles.
id contact your local police station and see what they suggest...since its technically still your car
Hmmm, it would be sweet if this is true..
I bet the guy doesn't have the bill of sale and chances are he lost the title too.
He couldn't drive a standard when he bought it so I'm scared to see what it looks like
