hey i need help my 92 civic its stock .>when i accelerate in first gear it starts to vibrate but if i press on the clutch it stops and then i acceleraate again and it doesnt vibrate but i only happens on first gear

please help

 

does it do it when you shift hard? possibly worn engine mounts. how far along the rpm range does it vibrate?
