I did the search and only got 3 unrelated results...

I just wanted to know what you guys run on your sohc vtec motors as far as plugs and oil viscosity.

What brand/model plugs would be best for this motor w/ basic bolt ons ?

What viscosity oil should i run, I usually run 10W30, but have heard of some running 5W30 ?

how many miles are on the motor?

 

I have 186k with a touch of blow-by (my fault)
running NGKs and 20w - 50 to make my blow by non existant.

 

About 65K on the motor.

Which NGKs are you guys running ? (Model #)
