Default Hesitation at 3500rpm and up!

I've got a 98 Lude that hesitates from about 3500 and up when you pu the pedal to the floor. It seems as though it's an igniton problem. When I have the AC on it seems like the problem gets a little better. How should your rotor look, shiny or a little rusty. I've got a crane cam ignition, HI-6 coil, MSD wire, and Iridium plugs. These are all fairly new, not more then a couple of months old. Any suggestions?
