I bought the complete ITR swaybar kit from Beaks for my EK, including the mount kit, bar, bushings, and Si endlinks. You can find the details here:

Email Will at beaks products. he should be able to get the endlinks for you with a little more lead time.

Bought my EK reinforcement kit w/brand new ITR rear bar & endlinks for $260 from Beaks. Everything was included. Didn't have to buy anything. DID have to drill two holes in my subframe though. No biggie, it took like 10 mins.
