So, long story short, the realtor I was working with screwed me out of $15,000. I gave him a deposit, down, and first months rent for our new shop. Then he leases it to a friend of his and says I breached the contract. There was no contract. Small claims court here I come. So as I am trying to get into a different shop here is why I am posting here......

I signed a deal with my distributors that I would make at least a certain amount of orders a month. I have ordered everything I need for my 3 engines, 240sx, Armada, CBR 600RR, and my R6. So I am offering my deals to you.

First of all before you take it to small claims court, report this to the real estate commission and the board the company is allowed to do business with and have the whole thing shut down. Agents are not allowed to take moneys without it going through their brokers. If they did what you said than this is much bigger then small claims. You got robbed blind because they are either fronts or he gave you proper disclosure with something included to his advantage. You really need to call the real estate commission because they will shut them down hard. Oh yeah, I'm an agent in NJ
