Make sure nothing is running in your system startup. Delete all of your temporary internet files, clear your history, check your processes... and stop going to the damn **** sites!

You probably have some worms on your computer. You know Kazaa and programs like that generally leave worms as well. Some of them get installed by visiting certain websites. Heres a good way to remove them.
Download Ad-Aware and follow the instructions to remove them, this works really well with a good virus-checker to keep your computer clean.

Along with all the above, exit all the IE windows you see. Then, go to Task Manager and see if you have one lurking - process name is IEXPLORE.EXE. Nutscrape used to be bad about leaving processes out and about.
the add/remove program probably wont get you anywhere for your problem (a good suggestion though)
click your start button and goto 'run' then type 'msconfig'. click on the far right tab that says startup. uncheck any program that looks suspiscious
i guarentee you probably have a dw.exe and/or a savenow.exe in there. uncheck those for sure.

no no no, you guys got it all wrong. You have to go about it using the Windows Registry, if you don't know what I'm talking about, please don't try it.
Go to run, type in "regedit," now go to HK_KEY_LOCAL_USER, then go to SOFTWARE, MICROSOFT, WINDOWS, CURRENT VERSION, STARTUP and remove all entries that you see shouldn't belong. Along with STARTUP, check RUNONCE, RUNSERVICE, etc.... this is where programs like to hide when you can't figure out why they won't go away startup!

ZoneAlarm.com has some special going where you get there free firewall software, and then for a small extra charge you'll get a program that scans for (and can remove) adware, spyware, etc.
