Im looking for my old car, its 1998 silver honda ek hatch with a d16 with xspower turbo, a dent in the door and quarter panel. last time I saw it it was sitting on black rims and in the lacey area if you own this car or know who dose msg me or post here. I still have the title to your car the guy you got it from registered under a old title number some how and sold it with that. I have a notified letter from the dmv stating this and Im willing to give you the correct title but if I dont hear from you Im going to report the car stolen in a week because Im not going to assume liability for this car anymore.

Somehow, I don't think your plan is going to work. If they legally transferred ownership, it's now their car.

 

Did you file a sellers report like you were supposed to? If you did, you would have nothing to worry about.

 

it was a mistake on the dol side of things, I talked to olympia pd and and talked several times to dol, I took payments on the car when I sold it and the guy backed out and sold the car and never paid me all that he owed. the new owner has a non legitiment title and it took time for them to figure out what happened and how he was able to get it registered in his name. who ever has car now I still own it, I would be happy to send you a picture of the title and paperwork I got from the dol because of there mistake. Im not trying to be a *****, I will give you title, its not your fault but if Im not contacted with in a week Im reporting it stolen, even though I released interest in it I have still been receiving parking tickets and red light tickets.
