Default Manuel Transmission Fluid

My civic has bout 209k still running strong all stock. I deceided to change the trann fluid very soon since it every 100k honda recommend I believe. The original owner had already change the clutch with new fluid around 120-130 I think.

My question is should I change the tranny fluid with oem gear oil or suggest different kind of gear oil. My car is stock. 5 speed ex. I don't abuse it either.

There's no need to use anything other than HG (honda) MTF. This has been covered many times before.
