Icon5 FS/FT: 95 GSR freshly built motor !!!!!!!!! *CLEAN TITLE* !!!!!!!!!

hey guys, i'm going to give u a quick background on me and the car, i have vouches on the forum, but i figure i'd give u guys all the info for yourselves. i'll be 100% honest with any questions you have, i'm not in a rush to sell or trade so i'm not trying to scam anyone...

*reason for selling, is i want a less noticable car for work, and i want a change...im not selling to get rid of it because it runs bad or anything, it runs perfect. i just want a change*

FIRST OFF, please don't contact me unless you are serious. and SECOND, i am only willing to trade for 2 cars, show me what u got, but i'm ONLY really interested in: 99-00 civic ex, or a 94-97 accord 2 or 4dr. thanks guys...on with the info:

bought the car with 300k miles from my roomate. its a milano red 3dr/coupe 95 gsr. he boosted it. when i bought it, i took off the greddy turbo, and shortly after i bought it, a piston ring blew out. i rebuilt the motor, all the machine work, and parts came from Del's in sacramento. a well reputable company that a ton of people go through with a proven background for good work. i still have my receipt to prove the motor was rebuilt, it was around 1500. i "properly" broke in the motor. i'm not into the honda scene anymore, i was just rebuilding the motor cuz i needed a car for work. having said that...the motor has about 5k on it so far, i'll get exact mileage later today or tomorrow (i'm writting this from my phone at work right now). it runs perfect, vtec pulls strong. i rarely, rarely, rarely ever even push it into vtec. motor has been used only for commuting to work and running errands. mechanically, again, everything is great.

heres a shot of the motor at the machine shop:

here are what's on/comes with the car:

95 gsr
milano red
ls mesh wheels
85% tires
freshly built motor (line bore, decked, hot tanked, etc etc etc)
new axles
stock suspension/stock height
stock exhaust
aem short ram intake
it HAS A/C, but it needs to be recharged (put it in when i put the motor back in but haven't charged it, but IT DOES WORK, it was working before i pulled the motor)
nrg quick release hub w/lock & 2 keys
nrg steering wheel
autometer oil pressure gauge put where cruise control button goes (was where my roomate had a boost gauge, so i put the oil pres. there to fill the hole, not hooked up)
cdm airbag tray
sony single din cd player w/aux input in the front

now for the bads, like i said 100% honest, if i don't put something that u see, i may have forgotten to add it, so feel free to ask or call me out on it.

this morning on the way to work a rock chipped the windshield...still small enough to fill, and i'll try and do that by this weekend. and also i didn't mention that there's a slight exhaust rattle that i don't even notice anymore...its been doing that since i dropped in the motor and put a new cat and o2 sensor...not sure what it is, but its nothing detrimental to the motor.

interior is in amazing shape. but here are a few of the bad things.
the change pocket on the left side, one of the clips broke, but it still holds in there.
cig burn on the door panel, not from me, was there when i got it.
passenger seat is missing one bolt to the slider, but i can replace that for the buyer.
other than that, the interior is MINT CONDITION.

(note picture does not show the deck that's included)

exterior, is where most of the "bad" things are.
paint is typical milano pink, fading...
rear dr side near taillight has discoloration, not sure from what, bought the car like that.
dr side door handle is broken, but u can still open it without, i have for the past year.
I DO HAVE REPLACEMENT DOOR HANDLES freshly painted milano red, just no time to install, so i will give those to the buyer.
passenger side is missing the small side moulding on the rear quarter panel side, i also have that painted and ready, just not installed.
in that same area, it looks like the previous owner sanded it down or something, not sure why it's like that.
dents here and there, but nothing substantial

(car was lowered when i bought it like the pics show, but now its at stock heigh with stock suspension)

if this car were to get a paint job, even a cheap maaco, itd be a fresh clean title gsr with under 10k miles on it...which is pretty amazing...since the motor is fresh, and i haven't molested it in any way with ricer crap or anything major, it would be a blast from the past. i was planning on doing a maaco paint job or something and it'd basically be a brand new gsr, but i just don't have the time or money for that.

so again, all this car needs is a paintjob, other than that, its a GREAT car. the best mechanically, and interior that i've seen in person. its rare to find a clean title gsr that isn't already modded out, let alone a clean title gsr with around 5k miles on it haha.

not sure of the asking price yet, so for now its BEST OFFER/TRADE:
