Default 600whp Quaife clutch/trans problem........

So I just installed a Quaife in my 98 GSR Trans and Im getting a weird issue. I did the install myself and clearances were good. I Did some searching but found nothing comparable to what Im experiencing. A little Honda-tech advise is much needed.

The car has
- ACT Maxx Extreme clutch kit with 6 puck (UNSPRUNG) disc
- 3an stainless steel braided clutch line (from master to slave)
- Honda MTF

- It shifts no problem with car off but when running its hard to shift. If forced in (ALOT of force needed) it will go in. Sometimes it will shift easy but most of the time its hard to get in.

- If started in gear with clutch pedal depressed it will start and drive. I took it around the block and it shifted ok at low speeds but when the car isnt moving (still running) its hard to shift.

- I bled the system

- With the car on a sloped driveway I parked it in 1st gear (not using the ebrake) and when I depressed the clutch pedal, the car starts rolling.

Any ideas?

Sounds to be a clutch issue. Play with the clutch master cylinder's pedal rod at all?

No, but I shall try that.

I think the problem is the -3AN clutch line not holding enough fluid to fully depress the fingers on the ACT Maxx Extreme pressure plate. Anyone ever experience anything similar?

I did have an exedy stage 1 with the -3AN clutch line and that worked well.

EDIT: Just thought about it and I dont think the -3AN line is the problem
Gonna try a few things and Ill be back.

Tried a few more things and nothing! But before I pull the transmission, I want to try one more thing.

If I put the front of the car on jack stands start the engine and try to shift it. If it shifts, does this mean the clutch is bad for sure?
