Well where to start, as i've been building the car for the last 3 years....

Got it like this:



Specs are:

'97 Civic EK3 1.5 Vtec-e

Engine;
* K20A bored to 2.2 liter
* Darton liners in the engine
* Cosworth 90mm 12,5:1 ratio pistons (custom R-developments spec)
* Cosworth lightweight rods (custom R-developments spec)
* Cosworth bearings
* "Trojan spec" biryllium copper valve guides
* Lightweight valves
* R-developments Springs and retainers
* R-developments proto type camshafts
* RBC intake with 70mm billet throttle body
* K-tuned Fuel rail
* K-tuned upper coolant housing
* K-tuned waterpump blockoff plate
* K-tuned billet TPS
* Hasport engine mounts
* Baffle sump plate
* Electric waterpump
* Koyo radiator
* Electric slim-fan

Wow! there is 1 thing I would like from this build coughpedeandgearboxlscough but no way I want to move out of modified

Do you think the sadev ST75 will manage the power of the K20, you don't choose a ST90 gearbox?

Car will probably be making around 250 whp so the box should cope easily!

St 90-14 is a bit too expensive for my wallet ;-)...

I think you will be on the max side that gearbox can cope but it can de good. I'm thinking that you will make more power.

Can you post more pics of your great build.

Hi,

The gearbox already has the external cooler option (of the 90-14) so it should be okay. (hopefully). Regarding power we'll see :-)... There are a lot of pictures in the blog section of my website:

Very great build.... I'm happy to see an european making a real build on a honda like. Because we have good parts in europe but never this on hondas...

How much do you sell inntrax suspensions?

Well some small (but a lot of work) interior progress!



Martijn is working on the wiring loom, hopefully soon it's first startup! And then it's dyne time @ DP Engineering!
