I'm running Progress springs right now and im in the market for new shocks... anyone else running these springs, what shocks do you have???? are you satisfied?? i'm looking for something adjustable. any suggestions welcome!

kyb agx's in my ipinion the best bang for the buck i haven't met anymore that hasn't loved them,5 way adjustiable and a good price

 

I would not get Tokico "blue" non-adjust. The shocks are ok, and happy with them when it was new. As it get's old after two years, I can feel it going. They are not bad, it's just that I could have gotten something better (Koni) if I was to pool more $$$ together and waited.

i'm running gc's and tokico illuminas 5 way adjustables in my ek hatch. so far i have had no problems and my ride is great. it's pretty stiff, although it's combined with other suspension goodies, but thats the way i like it

 

KYB's with ground controll or any quality spring. I had neu race last year and it was really stiff. The ground controll arnt anywhere as stiff. But over all Im very happy with the kyb's forsure!

1st ~ Tokico Illuminas and lowering springs
2nd H&R ~ cup kit (koni yellows and H&R race springs)
current ~ koni yellows and GC 425f/300r springs

The Koni's and GC's are working really well thus far, I should have done them first off instead of my other choices.
