Refabricating ef seats?

Icon2 Refabricating ef seats?

I havent really looked much into this at all. But I was wondering if anyone on here has ever taken there old seats and had them refabricated. What are you opinions on this? Thanks.

Well like, Ive seen on here somewhere this guy had crx seats and he took them to a fabric shop (whatever you would call it) and and had the foam re did and new black and red fabric with crx written in red across the seat. I forget where the picture was, but they were pretty sweet.

i think you've answered your own question...yes it can be done, take it to an upholstery shop.

Thanks. Haha. I was wondering though if many people have done this? And if so I would like to see some pictures of the finished product.

I'm debating between getting my seats refurbished w/ new fabric and foam or getting some Sparco R100s...waiting for a response from Sparco about rails for an '89 Si. I plan to take my interior in to a local shop and get a few things done - headliner, shift boot, door panels, etc.

Yeah. My 89 si seats arnt in the best shape. Really just stains all over them. I think the style of the si seats are pretty cool and confortable by themself. Thats why I was wondering about getting new fabric put on them. Kinda leaning toward like sparco color blue for the inner fabric piece and maybe a greyish for the sides of the seats. If that makes any sense at all.
