Hey guys maybe I can find my answer here. I have a 2001 GS-R and I have a list of different mods to it but my question really is, If I take out my right side blinker is the CAI able to get more air to it? I thought I have read this before but wasn't sure. FYI I'm goin to the track this weekend so thats why, not that I'm gonna drive around on the streets like that!! Thanks guys.

 

i say go head and take it off...can't do no harm. doubt if ur time will be that much of a difference though...

 

It should help flow a bit more air at high RPM, go for it.

i always take mine off when racing , i dont think it makes a diff, but i do it anyway and fold my mirros in . .. anything helps right?

 

I don't think it will help. I think it would increase drag slightly.

 

It does help. I always take it off at the track.
