2007 Honda Element SC

Now that the military is moving me after being in the same place for 7 years so I'm looking to sell my 2007 Honda Element SC w/ 77,200 (daily driver so mileage may differ when shown). I just won't have the garage space between a 4Runner, BMW K1300S and my heirloom '87 Bronco in whatever new place I get.

It has had regular oil changes with Mobile 1 full synthetic for the past ~2 years I've owned it. It has no mechanical problems or issues and drives excellently. The exterior condition is good with minor scratches here and there. Window has a nickel size rock chip I got last year that hasn't spread I'm a non-smoker and the interior has been freshly shampooed. No accidents/clean history. A/C blows ice cold.

The Sport Edition ST3 19" wheels and Goodyear Eagle GT tires have 15K miles on them (one wheel has some curb rash). The front brake rotors and pads were changed at 62k miles. Spark plugs were changed with NGK Laser Iridiums at 71k miles.

I've installed a large sealed 15" subwoofer enclosure in the spare tire well thus eliminating it but the stock 18" spare would not work with the current wheels so it wasn't a loss (I still have the spare, carrier and cargo cover though).
