What vehicle did my ZC come from?
They came in lower spec crx's and some lower model eg civics.

but hey cool thing about the jdm zc dohc is torque numbers are great and hp is too problem is not alot of aftermarket parts so you gotta look into it and for say replacement parts for it just look for a 87-89 integra since they have the d16a1 (dohc zc)
the D16A1 is NOT a DOHC ZC - the 84-87 JDM DOHC ZC is very similar to the 86-87 D16A1, but not the same - the 88-89 D16A1 is only similar to the 88-89 D16A1, but not the same - the 88-91 JDM DOHC ZC shares a few parts (valve train, distributor, cylinder sensor, throttle body, pistons and rods) with the 88-89 D16A1 but is essentially a completely different engine - different head casting, different block, different crankshaft, different camshafts, different timing belt, different timing belt tensioner, different cam gears, different oil pump, different engine mounts, different intake manifold, different valve cover, different exhaust manifold, and more
