Located in SE Wisconsin, shell has unknown miles, motor is fresh out of a local reputable machine shop.
I have for sale my project car. I am going to keep making progress with the build until the day everything is sold, so some things may change, and it MAY even be finished and NOT sold unless an agreeable offer is made.
THE SHELL:
1996 Honda Civic Hatchback Dx-- unknown miles on shell. exterior is perhaps an 8.5/10. There is NO HONDA CANCER AT ALL.
**EDIT: shell also has rear disc conversion as well.
The roof minor paint fade, and there are miscellaneous small dings and scratches- very minor. Car still appears immaculate after nice wash and wax.
There is an aftermarket power sunroof installed. It can pop up or roll back. When it rolls back it goes under the roof-- MINIMAL wind noise. Very nice.
The car will be sold sitting on Function and Form Type 2's that have maybe 30ft of rolling on them, after that the car was put on jackstands. Car will come with gold LS meshies with ~75% tread
It also has Function 7 LCA's, an ASR Rear subframe brace w/ a 24mm ASR rear swaybar.
The shell has a SiR body conversion-- fenders w/ sidemarkers, bumpers w/ moldings.
Windshield has minuscule crack in it lower drivers side. Looks like an X, has been sealed-- no worries about spider cracking.
THE INTERIOR:
The interior is gray. Comes with gray front and rear seats. Two black Recaros will come with-- I have not found seat rails yet.
Comes with gently used 6.5in Orion XTR component speakers up front-- I have them removed, was going to be selling seperately, but I want everything to go together.
The car is wired for a four channel amp and subwoofer amp. The battery is relocated to the trunk- will come with if i can find it- it is very new ~2 months of use, tops.
The car comes with an EK4 SiR Instrument Cluster, 2 gauge cluster bezel and 2 gauge pillar pod. Comes with AFR, oil temp, oil pressure, and voltage gauges.
Car includes a Pioneer headunit that was perfect for me (audiophile) has 3 2v outputs for front, rear, and subs- along with full adjustability for crossovers and such. Headunit was relocated to pocket near cupholders.
Fusebox was relocated to the glovebox.
The car will come with PW:JDM ITR look-a-like shiftboot with PW:JDM brass knuckle shift ****.
There is a brand new Deatchswerks 300lp/h Fuel pump installed.
THE MOTOR/BOLT ONS:
The motor is a b16a that has been assembled at RT SpeedShop. The internals are a new oem crank, new oem PR3 rods, new civic type R pistons-- bearing clearances were measured and the bearings were provided by RT speedshop to spec.
The cylinder head is currently a stock b16a head-- will come with Supertech black nitrided Flat (high compression) valves, Titanium Retainers, Dual Valvesprings, Brass Valve Guides, and new valve seals and Skunk2 Tuner Stage 2 Cams.
The motor will come with PW:JDM Powerchamber Intake *w/ velocity stack* and skunk2 Intake manifold, Deatschwerks 420cc fuel injectors (no resistor box needed!), AEM adjustable FPR, Buddy Club cam gears, Innovative B Series Motor Mounts for a 96-00, ACT Stage 2 Street Disc w/ HD Pressure Plate, Hondata S300, ARP Headstuds, and a complete engine gasket kit.
A b16a stock transmission w/ short-throw shift will be included-- NO GRINDS. and NO. I am NOT bullshitting you.
Various B Series parts will be included-- I want my garage, basement, and bedroom CLEARED.
Looking to get around 1/2 of what I have into this.

I will NOT part out the engine/trans from each other, OR the shell/interior from each other. DO NOT ASK OR YOU WILL BE IGNORED. This was going to be a 200hp All Motor 1595cc (stock displacement) b16a. In a 89-00 hatch this is capable of a 12 second car. All parts were bought NEW BESIDES Recaro seats AND the gold ls meshies. I am looking to get 1/2 or more back from what I have invested in this. I didnt cheap out on anything so I'd appreciate it if you wouldnt low-ball me. Thanks for reading.
