Will A 94-95 Ex head fit my 92 Ex

Will the Vtec head from a 95 accord ex fit my block on my 92 ex. If so what do i need to make it work?

I think it would be cheaper or about the same cost just to buy a F22b1 motor plus you get less mileage.

I have 95 F22b1 for sale with 99K on it for $450.
