What hub bearing do I need?
I desperately need to change my hub bearings in the front and i have no idea if all of Honda and Acura's are interchangeable or if there is any casting marks that give me an id code. I have a 90' CRX that had a gsr swap when i got it, and i have no idea if all my front end stuff was switched out for the swap to work right. I appreciate any help coming to let me get this problem fixed properly.

Any hubs from 88-91 civic or crx. If you can find 90-91 sedan ex they have bigger rotors and calipers then any other other modle civics for those years. They are basicly a oem big brake upgrade but ex hubs are hard to find. Also the civic std and crx hf hubs will not work!! I belive they are 21 splines for the axel where all the other ones are 23 spline.
Note: 90-93 integra hubs work to but they add like -2% camber

the upper control arm i believe it is has a (H01)
the lower control arm has (nt-196)
the caliper has (7cl14vn, a 04l, nisin 5)

The actual spindle/knuckle is what is needed... It would be #7/9 in the drawing (it's not labeled real well). It's the curved piece with a big hole (where the bearing goes) towards the bottom.

#7 and 9 are knuckles. i need the hub assembly or bearing, so unless i'm missing the point you are telling me i'm lost on what the diagram is supposed to represent

Sorry it took me so long to respond but i found KR-14 on the pass. side on the knuckle and went to Honda and they said they can't get any info from the casting code, so if anyone knows what car this is from i would love to know. I have looked online to find what they are from and i found one thread that says their from a Da but i need to be certain
Post your casting code here.
Honda service tech just runs to the back and gets parts depending on the vehicle.
They have no need to do the reverse so the service desk guy probably has no clue.
