Icon2 Getting Code 43, Running Rich, Missing

I cant figure out this code 43, I replaced the Distributer, Oem Honda Fuel Filter, Ngk Plugs, Ngk Wires, The only thing I can think of is the 02, when the car is cold it runs fine, as soon as it gets to operating temp it throws the cel for code 43. Also the cel will randomly blink while driving. the car also has a pretty bad miss to it. Does this sound like a 02 sensor ? Fuel pressure regulator? Injectors? The car is a 89 si with a obd1 converted b20b, I know the tune on the ecu is fine because this problem just recently started.

I woulda say since the work you did it already - probably O2 sensor.

It always helps to SEARCH... found this in about 10 seconds looking on the Google, if you want to read into it a bit... (Given it's a Prelude forum, a Honda OBD-1 code none the less.)

would the 02 sensor cause the car to miss?
