Gauging practicality...
Hey everyone, I presently own a 1996 Honda Accord LX Coupe, 5 speed. It's in pretty immaculate mechanical shape, with only 2 prior owners and all service records for the past 11 years (from the same owner).
It had 196k and change when I bought it 3 weeks ago and now it's pushing 198k (900km were put on 90% highway driving home).
Mechanically as I stated it is quite excellent, it's just the interior that is rather rough.
I'm wanting to gauge the practicality of restoring/upgrading components in the interior.
The biggest change I want to make is converting the manual windows/door locks/mirrors to power.
What all would be required part wise to perform the swap? My initial guess is the power window assemblies and door panels, and lock assemblies. I haven't had the opportunity to take apart the current door panels so I don't know what lies behind harness wise.
Any info would be appreciated.

it isnt too had to take off the door panels but i have a friend that does that kind of stuff so i can ask if there is already the wires and stuff for power windows
you should look into buying a parts car, seriously, youre gonna need door panels and a shitload of switches

Yeah that's kind of what I figured. It will be interesting to hear what your friend has to say, in the meantime I'm going to scour the internet for a parts car with a dead engine.
