Advice on Drop in cams

Im wanting to upgrade my cams in my k20r but need abit of help.Which makes more hp and torque Drag cartel drop in(DIC) or kelford stage 1

i personally would go with the drag cartel if i were in your shoes...only because the bug with bite you later as you build up your block or go with a built k24 and you already have the cams...sell your k20a type R cams ot the turbo guys, they work great with the turbo setups.
