says HONDA ACCESS SPORT MUFFLER on it.

I would say it's Honda's version of Spoon sports street type.

This muffler is Very rare.

edit: it's currently welded to a 2001 gsr full cat back exhaust. perfect cat converter, and "tanabe" resonator!!! all set up to fit eg hatch perfect.
