Default Which head gasket to use?

I used a Spoon Head gasket on my first S2000 held up just fine.

Car dynoed at 205/143 which isnt bad for an AP1 with only T1R and HG as mods.

Now I am doing maintenance to my AP1 which has 160,000 miles am changing a lot of things on it. Ordered all seals , gaskets but now comes time for the head gasket.

I saw one thats .014 anyone ever try anything this low it increases by .5 compression and the spoon one I had was .3 ?

Anyone can offer any insight? I ask on here because S2ki blows!

between the two choices, OEM... if you want to bump up compression, get aftermarket pistons.. shaving the head or using a thinner headgasket is a poor substitute IMO..
