I have a 93 Del Sol Si, and need to replace the driver's hood hinge. Is the hinge specific to the Del Sol, or are other makes suitable replacements ??? Any help would be greatly appreciated . . .

 

You can get a hinge from a honda dealer for a few bucks, i'm guessing you have another hinge already from a civic. You can measure both of them side by side, but i'd get the exact replacement just to keep from having any problems. If you get it from a dealer it will come unpainted, use a spray can on it just to give it some corrosion protection.
