1999 acura tl idle problem

I really need some help with this!!!!
i got a dtc P0505 for idle problem, i replace the idle valve,plenium gasket and intake gaskets and still the idle surges up and down what else can i do to fix this???

Is that the only DTC you have?
Did you replace the IAC?

i didnt replace the iac cause when i unplug it the idle really goes rough

Only two possibilties

Bad IAC or Vacuum leak.
