Where to buy: BSQ reinforcement kit?

I am looking for this kit. I found this link to a kit, is this the BSQ kit or what??

the bsq kit alone won't do a thing for your handling. Its the ITR swaybar that the BSQ kit is designed to mount that will completely change the way your car corners (for the better)
