Icon3 Crx b16a flooding/OMFG

Hey there, recently joined up on this site after buy a 88 crx with a b16a from a del sol. Last week while I was fixing my headers as there was a major boost leak from my turbo, fixed it, turned it on but found out I probably cooked my turbo. So I shut it off, turned it back on, shut it off and went in my house for five minutes. Came back out tried starting it and it flooded. So I tried 3 different plugs, made sure my wires were working, unplugged the injector fuse all of these idea came from my buddys dad. Didn't start still. Let it sit over night, went and bought brand new plugs and pick up some more oil. Drained the oil and it was half oil half gas. Put new oil in same with the plugs still didt start. So I let her sit again and went out. My buddy told me that his dad wanted to try and fix it. Come in to the garage. My car wasn't where I left it and there was fire extinguisher residue all over the garage. Apparently he pulled the fuel rail out to see how much fuel was coming out turned the car to ACC and didn't crank it. Flames were shooting out of my injectors.

Come someone please tell me why that happened and how to fix it, I just started to get into motors and this confuses me.
