Will a 91' dx dash harness work in a 91' Si? I know it will be missing plugs for the sunroof and what not, just didnt know if there was anything major that would stop me.

No the DX interior harness will not plug into the SI engine harness as the DX's have a different engine plug since they only utilize 2 injectors where the SI has 4.

 

Right bc of the DPFI And MPFI? You would have to wire in the resistor box and everything.

 

Since your asking about dash harness's I'll answer it instead of answering about engine harness.

If I can remember rightly if you sway a 91 hatch dx for a 91 hatch si. The differences would be the sunroof and also the light on the ciggy lighter and ashtray light (wires for those (extra 2 wires in the harness).

That is it.

The engine harness is totally different animal. (dpfi vs mpfi)

The chassis harness is different animal (has pig tails for sunroof)

The body harness is the same.

the harness for the sun roof is not part of the dash harness.

 

nope seperate harness that goes up to the sunroof.

The one that plugs into the dash on the switch is on the cabin harness I believe.
