Default radiator fan switch d15b7

hey guys so my d15b2 blew up so i got a b7 for cheap to throw in but the fan switch is different. on the b2 its on the back of th block but with the b7 theres no place for it. ive read that you have to extend the wires to the plug on the thermostat housing but my housing has no plug on it. any ideas?

Drill and tap your B7 for the old style, or make life easier and get the newer style thermostat housing and extend your wires with a new connector.

Any 92-00 D-series should work. I can't say yay or nay on the DOHC ZC. If you want to give it a shot, try to yank it and stick it on another civic in the yard.

Don't wire it to run 100% of the time. Your engine will never get to optimum temperature and will see poor mpg. Either find that switch or create it yourself.
