Everything is connected, checked the grounds, fuses looked good. There is power going into the distributor but there is no spark at all. I took the distributor apart and the ignition coils screws look very corroded.

There is no CEL

There should at least be spark if there is power going to the dist right?

the dist has been sitting in my garage for about 3 months in hot humid weather.

Could this be the reason why i have no spark?

 

Replace it with a known working distributor with no corrosion to see if it starts.

 

found the problem. bad ignition coil. replaced it, and she runs great.
