Its Fully shaved, And has been carefully cut for the cam gear exposure. Looks pretty good! It has been powder coated matte black, looks super smooth in person. I have 2 different sp covers, one is transparent black, The other is like a deep emerald green, I did that in preperation to do an Oregon Ducks theme on it, just didnt Apply the decals, would be sweet if someone finished the theme. also have a set of Powdered stock B series cam gears $20

I'm wanting to go a different route with my vc, and I dont want to destroy this beautiful cover so,$60 firm OR $30 and your (not beat up pos) stock one. Dont jerk me around please, you know you cant even get this kind of work done for $60 let alone buy a vc and then pay to have it done. Pretty cheap price for such a nice piece!
