i have a jdm b20 running on p75 ecu...it kinda smutters during the idle..im wondering is it because i need to buy a adjustable fuel pressure regulator to adjust the fuel pressure. or is it sumthing else.

 

You can get an AFPR and turn up the rail pressure a few psi but the real way to fix it is to have it tuned to get all the potential out of the B20. I just chipped the P75 in my Integra and tuned it on Crome, made so much difference in overall driveability and performance and well worth the time and effort. Crome is free and the chipping kit is $15 if you aren't afraid of soldering.

OBDII chipping is a big negative... I'd start with around 50psi rail pressure.

 

How do you know fuel pressure is what the real issue is? I'm not a swap guru but can someone confirm that is the correct ECU to run with that engine?

 

a b18 ecu can run a b20 itll juss run lean like what mine is doin right now..once a bump up the fuel pressure it should runn better
