I have a 1994 Honda Accord F22B1 VTEC. how do I tell if the transmission is in lockout mode. It goes into reverse and it goes into drive. the car is acting like the brakes are applied and does not want to go. there is no second gear. dont really know if there is a third or fourth. the gear indicator is green around the selected gear.
