Default Taking the plunge finally...

I'm picking up a Lincoln Square Wave 175 in a few days. It's coming with tungsten and some misc aluminum/stainless filler rods. Can anyone give me a few basics I should pick up as far as tungsten and filler goes? I'm using it for automotive related work. Lots of mild, some aluminum, and stainless in the future. If you had to recommend a few 'must have' types of filler and tungsten for a transformer machine, what would they be?
