Default 1989 CRX DX d15b obd1 won't start, please help

So after changing the fuel filter, thinking that was the problem, and driving it fine with no problems for a couple of days, I go to leave work tonight and it won't start.. The fuel pump is on its own kill switch and when turned on you can here the fuel pump come on. Turn the key and it turns over ( meaning it cranks) but something is making a weird buzzing/clicking noise when you do this. This noise happens when the fuel pump switch is off as well. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be? The spark plugs are just about brand new, I was thinking maybe it is the distributor? if anyone has any input this would be great. Thanks! - Ben
