Just wondering, i know that the h22 crank timing gear is larger than the f22 one so i was wondering if i put the h22 one on my block but run a shorter belt will it work the same? Or should i just suck it up and pay the $50 for a new one.

well can someone atleast tell me how many teeth are on it? Imma bout to buy one from somebody and i dont want him to give me one on his "many h22 spares" he has laying around

 

half as many as the cam gear?

if all else fails call the dealership and ask them how many teefus it has

P0A is stamped on the timing gear (as is almost every part in the motor). Im all good now, thanks guys
