i have a d16a1 and a 88 crx. i need a few things and wonderin off of what other car i can use them from. like teg or civic crx so and so. or can i use wat i need off a single cam crx??
the parts i need. and if u guys can give me a hand tell in me wat cars i can use them from thanks.

So your trying to put a d16a1 into a crx? If so your gona have to do some custom fabrication on your mounts because the d16a1 isnt meant to drop right into a crx/civic its for an integra. Dohc zc on the otherhand is a straight swap into a crx.

what bout the mount of a zc1 r they the same? i hear there twin motors

 

The D16A1 is the dohc engine out of a "first" gen Integra. It will bolt into a first gen crx (84-87), "not" the 88-91 series

I personally would never bother with such a swap. For the time and trouble it would take to custom fab out new engine mounts and mess with the wiring, you could simply p/u a B18A swap with a mount kit and drop it in, and, make more power....plus the engine is stronger
