Icon2 Which clutch would be best?

I've looked at all sorts of clutches, Exedy is expensive as **** and XTD isn't very trustworthy just basing on the fact i read their item descriptions and they'd change the specs of the clutch more than just once or don't provide enough information.
What i need is a clutch that is going to be streetable, im going to run approximately 300whp on 12psi. out of a built turbo D16Y8, hopefully daily. But i'm also going to need a clutch that will handle my high boost setup which will be in the upwards of 30psi. producing anywhere from 500-550whp for the track or to really leave somebody in the past. I've seen Tilton has those pressure release valves that are supposed to make a full racing clutch more streetable but i haven't seen or heard of any reviews to determine if they even do what they claim to do.
And of course just like everyone else out there...I don't want to break the bank. Any feedback whether it be a review or an opinion is welcome.
