crx si with a b16a probelms just bought!
ok so i just bought a crx with a swapped b16a.
the car is all jimmy rigged and i am now just finding problems.
the problem is that i dident do the swap and dont really know what the guys did.
sometimes when im driving the car will not go passed 4000 rpm while jumping all over the place. kinda like i have 2-step but i dont and can never go pass4000 rpms. the wiring is a mess and i belive that is the problem, or the vacume lines. anyone else have this problem? and anyway i can get all the wires right or get a diagram for this swap. please help.

Is your check engine light on? My assumptions would say yes, but you never know.
If it is, check to see which codes are being thrown and begin your troubleshooting from there.

If you cannot go passed 4k then your car is most likely in limp mode. This is a safety feature that will still allow you to drive, but will keep the damage to a minimum by limiting the motor function. You should also have a check engine light, find out the code. You Problems will most likely be in the wiring.
