Well I just installed my jdm itr, 2.5inch carsound hi-flow cat and 2.5 inch piping(2.25 at the very end) on a STOCK muffler, and guess what, it sound like absolute crap!! My plans were to purchase a Mugen TL, but I wont have the $$$ (500.00) for at least another month.

So I need some reccomendations for inexpenisve Axle-back exhausts. The quieter the better, no N1 although it would be alot better than what I'm hearing right now. Apexi WS as an axle-back? how much would that cost....? Thanks guys.

A low cost but performance effective exhaust would be the 2.5" Oval ES muffler.

i was looking for an apex i WS axle back, but i don't think they make one. you have to buy the full catback.
