Default Speedomitor

My Honda Accord has 203,900 miles and the Speedomitor will not work correctly. When I first start out, it will jump up and down up and down and after about 5 miles, it will finally start to read correctly. Put it in shop the other day and they replaced the Speed Sensor which was the problem the first time, but this time they replaced it again, and I have same problem. Anyone else ever have this problem?

You probably have an issue with the PC board. You can take the cluster assembly out and look for solder cracking. I do electrical repair work if you don't have someone local. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
