my passenger half-shaft has a wobble in it, and it has been leaking oil for a while. Whenever I filled it up, it slung oil everywhere. My dad said he could see some scoring inside where the shaft connects to the tranny. Is the tranny shot or do I just need a new shaft? Help!

You could have shot bearings in your differential. At the very least you are going to need a new axle seal.
