i recently put on a pulley from an rs/ls/gs/b16a onto my gsr throttle body. now my throttle plate seems to be sticking and i hvae to use some force on the pulley before it will open. What is the cause of this problem and how do i correct it?

i'm guessing i can use some nail polisher (acetone) to clean the gunk inside the TB
