I keep seeing the "What is the best...?" question getting asked and answered repeatedly. I thought I'd ask the opposite-"What is THE absolute bottom-of-the-barrel suspension components a person could put on a Honda?"
Mind you I'm not looking for pat answers like "These. Because they suck". I thought one might include some good reasoning like mentioning quality, warranty, personal experience, customization (ie; choosing spring rates), customer service/support of the company, etc (again "good" or "bad" doesn't really qualify as a real technical answer).
So we all know, no-name, no-frills components (aka JDM), bought off of Ebay are probably KING when it comes to garbage so let's take that as a given.

I had a set of D2 full coilovers, absolutely horrible. Did not matter what I did setting wise the ride quality beat the crap out of the car. Sure they are pretty cheap, should have spent a little more money and got something better.
anytime you see a suspension box that says how many "pieces" are in the box
brand x suspension. 4pcs
that's never good
suspension is really simple if you keep it that way
koni str.t & brand name springs
koni/gc
amr
moton
pick one depending on your budget
there really is no reason to consider anything else

You know I'm not asking for myself. Just thought this could turn out to be a resource to show the other side of the Best/Worst equation. So really this thread shouldn't be concerned with about what is best. We've done that one to death.

In my limited experience, I would say Tenzo R lowering springs are the worst suspension component.
I say this because back in 99 a friend of mine had some installed on her 90 accord coupe. After the install the car became very tail happy. It ended it's life getting onto a long right-handed highway ramp with a dip at the bottom. After swapping ends in traffic, it was hit by a truck. My friend was okay...

And I keep asking people to explain WHY. This is for the benefit of all the noobs and ignorant who buy cheap and buy shiny without informed info. Just saying something is crap really has no merit unless it can be backed up with some solid info.
Given that so many people complain about Blox control arms or rather the bushings in them, I'm suprised they haven't made the list yet. I really wanted a set because they looked cool....until I did more research.
